Where It All Began
Chef Nitin Pal is a celebrated name in India’s culinary landscape. With over two decades of experience across fine dining, luxury hotels, and international hospitality projects, he has dedicated his life to crafting unforgettable food experiences and mentoring the next generation of chefs.
Starting his journey at the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management, Bhopal, Chef Nitin laid the foundation for his career in food production before joining Old World Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., where he underwent intensive training at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. Over the next decade, he rose to the rank of Chef de Cuisine, mastering global cuisines and operational leadership.
His career took him across top brands such as Radisson Blu Dwarka, Bright Hospitality (California Boulevard & Café AMPM), and Iceland Water Park, UAE, where he served over 8000 guests daily. He later led strategic roles as corporate chef and executive chef, overseeing concept development, staff training, and kitchen operations.
In 2014, he co-founded Cook and Bake Academy with Chef Manoj Pawar, a premier institute that nurtures aspiring chefs through industry-relevant, hands-on training. He also established NPS Hospitality Services, offering consultancy for hotels, restaurants, and culinary startups.
