About Chef Nitin Pal
With over 20 years of experience, Chef Nitin Pal has left an indelible mark on the culinary world. His journey began with formal training at the Institute of Hotel Management, Bhopal, followed by an intensive Kitchen Management Training program at Old World Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s premier culinary institutions.
Chef Nitin has held prestigious positions in top organizations, including:
- Executive Chef roles at Bright Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., Datta Hospitality, and Radisson Blu Dwarka.
- Leadership at Polo Rak Amusements LLC, UAE’s largest water park.
- A decade-long tenure at Old World Hospitality, where he progressed to Chef-De-Cuisine.
In 2014, Chef Nitin founded Cook and Bake Academy and NPS Hospitality Services, combining his vast experience to nurture the next generation of culinary professionals.
A Timeline of Culinary Excellence
- 1996-1999: Trained at the Institute of Hotel Management, Bhopal.
- 1999-2009: Progressed to Chef-De-Cuisine at Old World Hospitality.
- 2010-2011: Executive Chef at Polo Rak Amusements LLC, UAE.
